Registration
Full payment is due upon enrollment for the camp. No camper will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid and all health forms submitted in full.

Insurance
Wildcat Tennis Camp does not provide medical insurance. Each camper will be required to complete the signed parent consent form to waive and release the Wildcat Tennis Camp and Davidson College from any and all liability for any injuries incurred while at camp. The Wildcat Tennis Camp reserves the right to refuse any camper with pre-existing medical and/or physical history.

Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following:
1. Until May 1, refund of fees less $100.
2. After May 1, no refunds will be issued. Credit for future camps through summer 2011.
